She is survived by: her former husband Edward Passarelli; her children, Christopher Passarelli and Holli Passarelli of Curwensville; her grandchildren, David, Blake, Dylan, Mara, Braylee, Maverick and Penelope; her brothers, Michael Munchak of Hyde and Joseph Munchak; and also Barb of Indiana, PA..
