He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorsey Neeper and Rhoda Neeper (Peters); his children, Linnette Bacharach (William) of Clearfield, Alan Neeper of Curwensville, Melanie Rorabaugh (Roger) of Mahaffey and Gregory Neeper (Christene) of Clearfield; his grandchildren, Heather Mackey (Devon Tarner), William Bacharach (Lora), Renea, Nicholas Neeper, Christopher Clark, Elliot Neeper (Olivia), Jilli Ann Neeper, Tessa Kovalick (Nicholas), Roger Rorabaugh (Elena), Sam Rorabaugh (Megan), Claire Tonnesen (Brandon) and Caleb Rorabaugh; his great grandchildren, Madalinn, Noah, Olivia, Everett, Canaan and Elon; his siblings, Leroy (Nancy), Doylin, Wayne (Pat), Wilbur (Jeannie), Beulah McDonald (John), Marion Shimmel, Blair Neeper, Allen Lynn Neeper, Emma Leota Johns and Eva Mae DuFour; his daughter-in-law Teri Neeper; and his siblings-in-law, Diane, Patty, Beverly Neeper, Norman Shimmel, Robert DuFour and Joe Johns. He was also cherished by 5 step great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Curwensville Alliance Church, 725 Susquehanna Avenue, Curwensville, PA 16833.
