She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Bombard and Valda Bombard (Douglas); and her siblings, Doris Hart, Bonita Winch, Marvin Bombard, Robert Bombard and Ernie Bombard.
She is survived by: her husband Donald E. Quigley; her daughters, Tammy Rowles (Donny) of Glen Hope and Michelle Safreed (Bill) of Ellwood City; her stepsons, Donald M. Quigley of Harrisburg and Dan Quigley; her grandson Matthew Rowles; her sisters, Rosemary Fournier of Peaseville, NY, Christine Ero (Roy) of Schuyler Falls, NY and Cindy Mullarkey (Michael) of Albany, NY; and also, Jessika Irwin, Erik Quigley, Monica Quigley, Laci Quigley and Jonathan Quigley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
