She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Godlewski; her husband Ignatius Ostrowski; her sons, Walter and Thomas Ostrowski; and her siblings, Sophie Zalewski, Catherine Maciak, Josephine Skurka, Irene Garbos, Leo, Walter, Steve, Stanley and Edward Godlewski.
She is survived by: her children, Marion L. Fedak of Hampton, Carl M. Ostrowski (Barbara) of Valencia, Ronald E. Ostrowski of Russellton and Richard J. Ostrowski (Rebecca) of Curtisville. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 26 great-great-grandchildren.
