He was predeceased by : his parents, Ignatius E. Ostrowski and Stella T. Ostrowski (Godlewski); and his brothers, Walter and Thomas Ostrowski. He is survived by : his wife Rebecca A. Ostrowski (Baker); his children, Rebecca A. Kirkland of Harrisville, Richard J. Ostrowski, Jr. (Deborah) of Harrisville, Mark A. Ostrowski (Michelle) of Curtisville and Thomas C. Ostrowski of Curtisville; and his siblings, Marion Fedak of Hampton, Carl Ostrowski (Barbara) of Valencia and Ronald Ostrowski (Laura) of Russellton. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Siwicki - Yanicko Funeral Home (23 McKrell Rd, Russellton, PA 15076). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
