We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2018, at the age of 79, Patricia Olzak (Curtisville, Pennsylvania), born in Harwick, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Thomas Ostrowski, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Ostrowski, Jr, Kenneth Ostrowski (Bobbi Jo) of Buffalo Township and David Ostrowski (Anita) of Curtisville; her grandchildren, Sara, Chelsea and Steve; her great grandchildren, Max, Logan and Sadie; her brothers, Andy Schuller (Donna) of Russellton and John Schuller (Janice) of Sarver; her former husband Norbert Olzak; and her brothers, Pete Schuller, George Schuller and Ralph Schuller. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
