She was predeceased by: her parents, W. C. Meadows and Lettie Meadows (McLain); her husband Sam Matechen; and her siblings, Edward Lee Meadows, Edith Smith and Verna Van Deulen.
She is survived by: her son Robert David Feil; her stepdaughter Sylvia Mutmansky (Robert); her brother James Meadows; and her sister-in-law Magdeline Hughes (John). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
