It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred Matechen of Curtisville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 2, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, W. C. Meadows and Lettie Meadows (McLain); her husband Sam Matechen; and her siblings, Edward Lee Meadows, Edith Smith and Verna Van Deulen.
She is survived by : her son Robert David Feil; her stepdaughter Sylvia Mutmansky (Robert); her brother James Meadows; and her sister-in-law Magdeline Hughes (John). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
