Shurina of Curtisville, Pennsylvania, born in Bairdford, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 4, 2024 at the age of 99. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Helen (Wasil) and Helen Swaiko Helen (Herich); her husband Joe Shurina; and her siblings, Mary Kokoruda, John, Charles, Alex, Michael, George, Steve, Richard Swaiko and Irene Weischedel.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene, Bonnie, Joseph Shurina (Leanna) and Ann Marie Rettig (Tim); her grandchildren, Heather (Brent), Christy, Jessica (Dan), Joseph and Sarah; and her great grandchildren, Elena, Thomas, Delanie, Joseph, Noah, James, Benjamin and Grayson.
