She was predeceased by : her parents, John Kuslock and Melissa Kuslock (Vetterly); her husband Michael Shurina; and her sisters, Frances Chabal, Melissa Laczek, Dorothy Walmsley and Madelyn Shuey.

She is survived by : her children, Debbie Simonetti (Tom) of Wexford, Michael Shurina (Dianne), Greg Shurina (Shirley) of Cherry Valley, Mark Shurina and David Shurina (Lynne) of Indiana Township; her grandchildren, Michael Shurina (Heather), Justin Shurina (Melissa), Amanda Webster (Christopher), Tiffany Gibson (Hoover), Caranina Nock (Rick), Paige Shurina, Payton Shurina, David John "DJ" Shurina and Pyper Shurina; her great grandchildren, Hoover, Aaliyah, Kyrie Gibson, Dylan Simonetti, Logan, Kobe Webster, Sydney, Drew, Mickey and Ozzy Shurina; and her siblings, Joanne Mallough, Marge Kuslock and John Kuslock.
