She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Conley and Birdee Conley (Hall); her husband Doug Phelps; and her siblings, Elizabeth Graham, Paul, Calvin, Walter and Jim Conley.
She is survived by: her son Tim Phelps (Tammy) of West Deer; her grandchildren, Taylor and Joey Phelps; her brothers, Lee and Press Conley; her sisters-in-law, Joyce, Lessie and Patti Conley; and also Scott Collister.
