He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred E. Hoover and Betty Jean Hoover (Williams). He is survived by: his wife Joy A. Musser; his children, Andy Hoover (Kris) of Martinsburg and Kristy Myers (Philip) of Shirleysburg; his granddaughters, Macy Myers, Lilly Hoover, Kenzy Myers, Maddy Hoover and Cally Myers; and his siblings, Linda Steele (Mark) of Roaring Spring and Scott Hoover (Janet).
