He is survived by: his parents, Donna Dando (Wike) and Richard Dando of Pottsville; his wife Melissa Dando (Wetzel); his brother Todd (Kim Dando); his nieces, Haley and Lindsay of Newburg, NY; his stepson Craig Krause; and his stepgrandson Jedd Krause of Ashland. He is also survived by his wife and parents, Troy is survived by a son.
