He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Bolich (David) of Port Carbon, Janine Kempner (Brad) of Huctchinson, MN and James Sullivan of Cumbola; his sister Regina Hertz (Andrew) of Pottsville; and his grandchildren, David Bolich, Laura Bolich, Nicholas Sullivan and Dustin Dougherty.
