He is survived by: his children, Walter Micka (Monica), James Micka (Colleen), Kathryn Scaricaciottoli (Randal), Mariann Giannone (Thomas), Thomas Micka (Sherry) and Robert Micka; his stepsons, Steve McCullough (Peggy), Bruce McCullough (late Diane Bove) and Sandy McCullough (Joanne); and his brother John Micka (Paula).
