He is survived by: his children, Michael Mackereth, Jr. and Alexis Esenwein; his parents, Eloise Donahue (late William) and William Mackereth (Roberta); his grandparent Anna Mae Morrow; and his siblings, Jennifer Napoli, Brian Donahue and Lisa Kobierowski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
