He was predeceased by: his parents, William Brophy and Theresa Sams; his sister Carol Bach; and his stepfather Richard Sams. He is survived by: his wife Ramona; his daughter Brianna Howley (Luke); and his granddaughter Grace. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
