He is survived by: his wife Julia; his children, James Elmer Miller Jr. (Kelly), Christine Miller (Bob) and Kathleen Roberts (Brian); his grandchildren, Julia Gheer (Kurt), Sean, Kerry, Owen Miller, Nathan, Amelia Wittman, Rylie and Macklin Roberts; his great grandchild Kennedy Gheer; and his nephew Bill Miller. He is also survived by his son and grandsons.
