He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Helen M. Wiktorchik, Jacob L Heisey Jr. and Regina Furtaw (Virgil); his grandchildren, Loretta, David, Martha, Brian, Michael and Adam; his great grandchildren, Larry "LJ" James and Levi; and his siblings, Thelma Bricker, Mark Heisey (Diana), Margaret Smith (William) and Mary Meyers.
