He is survived by: his wife Carol C.; his children, Charles J. Jr. (Judy), Maria Vengoechea-McCauley (Edward) and Michael J. (Alexis); and his siblings, Virginia Brighter (Jim) and Jack Vengoechea. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandson.
