He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl K, Sr. and Jeanette Mary Peggs; and his wife Jane Messenger Peggs. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher C. Peggs, Kelly (Erin), Carl "Kenny" Peggs III (Alyssa) and Thomas Peggs (Brianna); and his siblings, Louis, George, Scott, Anthony, James and Theresa Peggs. He is also survived by 10 loving grandchildren.
