He was predeceased by: his wife Joan W. Ochs; and his siblings-in-law, Nelson Ochs, Lawrence Griebel, Susie Griebel and Elsie Schwabenbauer.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Kahle (Carl) of Leeper, Marcia Moore (Mike) of Santa Barbara and Andrew Bauer (Marcy) of Vowinckel; his great grandchildren, Karter Kahle, Nathan Borland and Reese Borland; his aunt Joan E. Donahue of Erie; and his siblings-in-law, Dave Ochs (Chris), Albinus "Bine" Ochs (Janet), Mike Ochs (Cathy), Paul Schwabenbauer and Elaine Ochs. He is also survived by two brothers and three sisters.
