Bowers (Peterson); his parent Viola V. Bowers (Wilhelm); his children, Raymond Bowers (Lisa) of Hanover, PA and Debbie Staton of Baltimore, MD; his sisters, Shirley Clas of New Oxford, PA, Joyce Rhoton and Fran Neudecker of Hampstead, MD; his grandsons, Raymond Bowers and Brandon Bowers; and his stepchildren, Wayne Hare (Michelle) of Westminster, MD, Robin Cooper (Bobby) of Manchester, MD, Rodney Riggin (Jen) of Seven Valleys, PA and Christopher Riggin (Carrie) of Westminster, MD.. He is also survived by step grandchildren, extended family and friends.
