It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Shaffer (Cross Keys, Pennsylvania), born in Portage, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 20, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald C. Shaffer and Faye Shaffer (Johns); his daughter Kira Patton; his great grandchild Dianna Leggore; and his sister Judith Carlson.
He is survived by: his spouse Meg Shaffer (Dixon) of New Oxford, PA.
