She was predeceased by: her grandfather William Wilcox of Crosby. She is survived by: her parents, Jeffrey A. Wolfe (Annie) of Mt. Jewett and Kayann L. Wilcox Operchal (Paul Black) of Crosby; her siblings, Shawn Elder (Elaine) of Decatur, IL., Ashley Hnath of St. Marys and Alyssa Operchal of East Pittsburgh; her nephew Aiden; her nieces, Adalind, Annabelle and Amelia; her grandparents, Sherry Vossler of Smethport and Stanley Wolfe of Smethport; her great-grandparent Catherine "Sis" Ferman of Smethport; her grandmother Myrna Wilcox of Crosby; and her cousins, Tyler of Smethport, Stephanie of Smethport and Morgan Black of Smethport. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles.
