He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Tracey Rupp (Frank), Karen Moyer (Matt), Helena of Montana and William; his grandchildren, Frankie Rupp Jr. (Miranda), Daniel Rupp, Amber Rupp, Benjamin Moyer, Aaron Moyer, Nathan Moyer and Johnathan Moyer; his great grandchildren, Rylen Rupp and Noah Rupp; and his sister Linda Donton.
