Shay of Cressona, Pennsylvania, born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 85, on December 15, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse T. Shay and Florence Shay (Saltzer). He is survived by: his wife Faye A. Shay (Krammes); his children, Brenda Krasinsky (John McNulty, Sr.) of Pottsville, Renee (Brandon Shade) of Orwigsburg and Vincent Shay, Jr. (Karissa) of Schuylkill Haven; his grandchildren, Joseph Krasinsky, Jr., Michael Krasinsky, Dane Krasinsky, Madisyn Shade and Vincent Shay III; and his great grandchild Justin Krasinsky. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

At the family's request, memorial donations may be forwarded to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
