He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Chylack and Sylvester Zuk; and his siblings, John, Cedar, Michael, Alexander and Mary Zuk.
He is survived by: his children, Julia Zuk of Easton, Paul Zuk and Stephen Zuk; and his sister Olga Spontak of Ohio. He is also survived by two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
