She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Zelusky (Garrett) and Joseph Zelusky; her husband John Welgo; her daughters, Michelle Archer, Karen and Terri Welgo; and her siblings, Kay Woll, Margaret "Mimmy" Olexo, Peggy Keller, Elizabeth "Libby" Callaghan, Bobby, Stanley, Francis and Michael Zelusky.
She is survived by: her children, Joann Warford (Joseph) and David Welgo; her grandchildren, John Warford (Maki), Holly Boxer (Eric), Chris Warford (Bridgett), Jerry Gruwell, Brian Archer, Kevin Archer and Olivia Welgo; and her sister Patrcia Hume. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
