He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Biertempfel (Hodel) and Leonard Biertempfel. He is survived by: his daughters, Jean M. Biertempfel of Cressona, PA and Linda A. (Albert Zitkus) of Bethel, PA.; his sister Louise (late Tom Taylor); and his grandson Michael Zitkus.
