He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar "Pete" Wray and Catherine Wray (Mahan); and his sister Lavon Clyde. He is survived by: his wife Donna Wray (Madill); his children, Richard Wray (Casandra) of Cresson Pa, Melinda Wray of Fort Collins Co and William Wray (Leanne); and his siblings, William Wray and Beverly Swartz. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
