Adams (Cresson, Pennsylvania), born in Lilly, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 13, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Vermeulin and Caroline Vermeulin (Klayko); and her husband Kenneth "Smokey" Adams. She is survived by: her children, Holly Hileman, Cynthia Javit, Martina Fagley, Kenneth II and Leon Adams. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
