He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Karen, Mark (Tammy), Beth (Robert) and Kathy (Stephen); his parents, William Garrett and Hilda Garrett (Weiland); his siblings, Bill, Dorothy, Yvonne and Glenn (Carson); and his significant other Dorothy Delozier (Delozier) of Lilly, PA. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the Garrett family kindly asks that memorial donations be made to the Cresson Presbyterian Church.
