He was predeceased by: his parents, John Winfield and Alice Jane Lantz (Deichert); and his siblings, Harry "Fred" Lantz, Dorothy Lantz and Bonnie Latterner.
He is survived by: his brother Richard Lantz; and his brother-in-law Mike Latterner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
