He is survived by: his son David Plazek (Malisa); his grandchildren, Kayla, Phillip and Christopher (Sarah); and his brothers, Jim Plazek (Phyllis) of Loretto, Teddy Plazek (Theresa) of Loretto and Leo Plazek of Loretto.
