It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerard McGuire (Cresson, Pennsylvania), born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 19, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis McGuire and Hilda McGuire (Strawmyer); his grandson Maxwell McGuire; his siblings, Jane McClellan, Harry and Tim McGuire; his niece Christa McClellan; and his nephews, Jamy Markovich and Jason Eger.
He is survived by: his wife Bernadette F. (Eger); his sons, G. T. McGuire (Holly), Halifax, Frank McGuire (Julie) and Camp Hill; his grandchildren, Derik, Devin, Victoria, Ryan, Jeffrey, Katy, Maggie and Ronan; and his siblings, Patricia Dabaghi of Cresson, Mary Guzic of Cresson, Lilly of Cresson, Peggy Earhart of Cresson, Boalsburg of Cresson, Grace McGuire of Cresson, Donna Brooks of Cresson, James McGuire of Cresson and Zita Gonos of Cresson.
