He is survived by: his children, Darrell (Lori), Douglas (Carlos), Darren (Bryan) and Danette Madonna (James); and his grandchildren, Ashley Smith (Joe), Mariah Lightner (Andrew), Stefanie Madonna and Julie Madonna. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
