He was predeceased by: his parents, Royer Heeter and Leona Heeter (Kensinger). He is survived by: his wife Linda Jean Heeter (Rumberger); his children, Dennis Andrew Heeter, Patricia Lancaster (Donald), Dionne Mills, Joseph Heeter (Joan) and Heather Heeter; and his sisters, Irene Mong (Chuck) and Betty Ruhlman (Norman). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
