He was predeceased by: his father Russell H. Williams. He is survived by: his mother Daisy B. Williams, Sr. (Weatherwalk); his brothers, Russell H. Williams, Jr. and Larry C. Williams, Sr.; his wife Cheryl L. (Dunmyer); his children, Justine Biter (Jon), Charles E. Williams, Jr. and Nicholas Williams; his grandchildren, Dylan, Hailey, Maddie and Kimberly; and his siblings, Rick Williams, Sr. (Kathy), Donna Snyder (Joe) and Lisa Biller (Joe). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
