With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara C. Heit (Cresson, Pennsylvania), born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 16, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William P. Harris and Margaret I. Harris (Ross). She is survived by: her husband George Heit III; her children, Jamie Heit, Alexis Heit (David Ledwich) and George Heit IV (Megan); her grandchildren, Jordan Stiles, Kylie Donoughe, Gavin Heit, George Heit VI, Dandelion Heit, Sonny Heit and Ella Heit; and her great grandchild Klaire Donoughe.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defer expenses.
