She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter C. and Clara E. Montgomery, Sr. (Byrne); her husband Stanley F. Noga Sr.; and her brothers, Walter Jr., John, Richard and William Montgomery.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Vargo III (Barbara), Ann Shaffer (Timothy) of Houston, TX and Stanley Noga Jr. (Debbie); her grandchildren, Matt, Mark, Maura Shaffer, Jason, Jared Noga and Ciara Shoff; and her great grandchild Avery Shaffer.
