He is survived by: his spouse Carmen Banuta; his sister Terri A. Herber (Wayne) of Coopersburg; his granddaughter Zoe Cook of Bradenton, Florida; and his brother-in-law Paul Weaver of East Stroudsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
