She is survived by: her husband Steven Matula, Jr.; her children, Steven Matula, III (Sunshine), Eric Matula (Sloane) and Jennifer Zadeh (Jamie); her siblings, Gerald Hancharick (Cheryl), Michael Hancharick (Linda) and Patricia "Trish" VanTuyl; and her grandchildren, Maximilian, Helena, Sebastian, Cecilia, Maryam, Thaddeus and Willow.
