She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Thierry and Hazel Thierry. She is survived by: her son Thomas Cook, Jr.; her grandsons, Tyler and Thomas W. III; and her great grandchildren, Brielle and Nova Sophie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
