He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Clark and Mary Edna Clark (Smith); his wife Jeanette E. Clark (Casper); and his grandsons, Jason Clark and Matthew Greene.

He is survived by: his children, Harvey Clark III (Donna F.), Jeffrey Clark, Patricia Jean Greene (Richard) and Cecelia Mary Clark; his granddaughters, Emily, Rebecca and Melanie; and his great grandchildren, Paige, Gabrielle, Ella and Ben.
