She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Alfonso (Jośe) of Cresco and Eric Kozarsky (Laura) of Ballston Spa, NY; her husband Evan Kozarsky of Boca Raton, FL; her brother Phil Kalina (Donna Spiegler) of Shaker Heights, OH; and her grandchildren, Jisahn, Caleb, Caleigh, Alex and Matthew. She is also survived by friends, loved to travel, adored all animals with a special adoration for cats.
