It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara A. Ingraffea of Cresco, Pennsylvania, born in Easton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 8, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. White and Eleanor M. White (Harley); her son William "Billy" Ingraffea; and her brother Richard W. White. She is survived by: her children, Joseph R. Ingraffea III (Theresa) of Williams Township and Kelly Panuccio of Bethlehem; her grandsons, Joseph R. Ingraffea IV (Alexis), David Panuccio and Andrew Smith; and her great grandchildren, Malachai and Trinity.
