He is survived by: his children, Marcy Marshall and Randy Brougher (Alison); his grandchildren, Jesse Marshall (Ashley), Nicholas and Vincent Brougher; his great grandchild Violet Grace Marshall; his niece Linda Dinger; and his brother Kenneth Brougher.
