He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin James Etters and Anna Merle Debold Etters; his wife Gertrude; his son Thomas Kyle Etters; his siblings, Melvin (Nook), Thomas, Francis (Bups), Mary Lou and Betty; his daughter Debra; his son-in-law Dennis; his grandsons, Douglas and Drew (Janis); his daughter-in-law Eileen; his granddaughters, Erin (JJ) and Lauren (Adam); his great grandchildren, Connor, Hayden, Ella, Tanner, Morgan, Ben and Sam; and his friend Kyle.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions be made to the VFW, Post 402 or Riverdale Presbyterian Church.
