She was predeceased by: her parents, James F. Winters and Ruth C. Moehrle Winters; and her son Jeffery Francis. She is survived by: her husband James A. Moser; her daughters, Amy L. Johnston and Ruth Ann; her son-in-law Brian Burton; her stepchildren, James Jr., Dawn Moser, Jason, Kim and Sam Moser; her grandchildren, Jacob Johnston (Samantha Ruckert), Cole, Brett Johnston, Madilyn Ivey, Logan Burton, Shayla Francis, Ashlyn, Noah Moser and Lauren Kinlock; her great grandchild Kinsley Johnston; her siblings, Donna Shupp, Barb Lytle, Judy (Jim Young) and Ronald; her sister-in-law Patti Winters; her friend Sherri Palmer; and also, Shane, Dana and Emmalyna Chesher.
Due to the COVID19 restrictions, the visitation and service will be private.
