He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Kephart and Claire Kephart (Schultz); and his siblings, Donald Kephart (late Joan), Richard Kephart (late Marion), Jean Maxin (late George) and Michael "Lee".
He is survived by: his wife Kay Schreckengost; his children, Karen Killmeyer (Mark), Allen W. Kephart, Jr. (Wendy Doolan) and Rhoda Oktela (Jeff Fleming); his grandchildren, Jamie Carvalho (Julian) and Lindsey Collings (Zach); his great grandchildren, Grady Carvalho, Harper Carvalho and Colby Collings; and his sister Joyce Kephart (Karen Kelleher).
